Before becoming a psychologist, I spent years in a leadership role at a fast-growing technology company. I lived that pace firsthand — the long hours, the drive to deliver, and the unspoken expectation that the human body could simply be patched and pushed forward like a piece of software.
Eventually, that pace became unsustainable. Beneath the layers of overwork, I was carrying a history of unresolved trauma I had never truly addressed. I've since learned that this experience is far from unique. In my practice, I regularly work with high-performing professionals who appear to have it all together, yet are privately struggling under the weight of unprocessed trauma.
That shared experience is at the heart of how I work — and why I'm deeply committed to supporting those who are ready to address what's been quietly holding them back.

Growing up in a traditional South Asian household, I was trained to "keep up appearances.” I was encouraged to pretend that things were fine, even when they weren’t. The stigma surrounding mental health kept my family, and many in our community, from seeking the help we needed. It was only when I sought help myself that I discovered how transformative therapy could be. I didn't want to learn how to cope with my past. I wanted to heal it.
Today, my work is dedicated to helping others find that same path to relief — whether they are navigating cultural barriers, the pressures of executive leadership, or anything in between.

When you are dealing with processing trauma, words can feel inadequate. The fear of unraveling completely if you lower your guard is very real.
My approach blends genuine empathy with unwavering clinical rigor. Because of my training, I am not easily shocked by your pain, and I know the difference between a difficult memory and a psychiatric emergency. I provide a structured, “contained” environment where we don’t just loop through the story of what happened to you—we process it.
I believe in both deep listening and clear direction. Together, we'll work to uncover the underlying sources of your distress — whether they're memories you're fully aware of or experiences that live beneath the surface — and move purposefully toward relief.
